Alan Wake is Officially Headed to PC System

This comes as no surprise and all gamers should have anticipated this was coming but yesterday Remedy Entertainment has officially confirmed that their popular video game title Alan Wake, which originally released on Xbox 360 in 2010 will head to PCs. No exact release date or system specs were given, but instead was slated as coming early 2012. Moreover, the release will include "The Signal" and "The Writer," the downloadable content packs from the console version.

Update: The PC version of the Alan Wake will be released via Steam on February 16, 2012 for the price of $29.99

Alan wake is a fun game, ground-breaking combat system where you have to burn the darkness out of your rivals with a flashlight to create them mortal then destroy them using a flash bang, hunting rifle, and a few other techniques. The story is wonderful, you feel like you’re playing the game while viewing a horror/psychological thriller movie at the same time.

In the game, you play as a writer named Alan Wake, who visits to the Washington town of Bright Falls with his wife in an effort to get his imaginative juices flowing and overcome his two years writing slump. Upon arriving, his world suddenly upturned when his wife disappears. In order to locate her Alan must face the darkness, with his reliable flashlight, and play series of side characters from his agent and best friend to an aggressive FBI agent.
