Lakeshore Records has recently revealed the full soundtrack for the upcoming film adaptation of Janet Evanovich’s best selling novel “One for the Money”. The soundtrack CD is scheduled for release on January 24, 2012”, three days ahead of the film release date. The complete score to One for the Money is composed by Deborah Lurie and features songs from various artists like Colbie Caillat, Amy Loftus, Delilah Bright and many more.
The film is directed by Julie Anne Robinson and stars Katherine Heigl, Jason O'Mara and Sherri Shepherd. One for the Money tells the story of Stephanie Plum (played by Katherine Heigl) who just lost her well paying job, and all of a sudden plunged into poverty. When she heard that her cosine Vinnie is looking for someone to do some filing, she goes to him, and finds a job as a bounty hunter. She has no idea what she has letting herself in for. Particularly when she finds out the Joe Morelli is her first case as their history go way back. Somehow, she figures out how to exploit her personality, funny, and charm to induce her small cases to go with her; all apart from Joe Morelli.
