Bloc Party is an indie rock band from UK. Their music is electric, it's electrifying, it's everything you want it to be! And most of their hits have smart lyrics that aren't annoying or idiotic. It is one of those productive groups that is always writing material. Between records they write a new song - they drop it as a fresh single. When they go in to write for a record, they write as much as necessary singles for two albums and then drop a steady stream of hits and EPs with unreleased b sides. As a fan I like this, as they always have something fresh or something I haven't heard yet.
After four years since their last studio album Intimacy, Bloc Party are back with their racing, pounding guitars, crushing beats, and Kele Okereke's desperate delivery. “Four” will be their fourth studio album set for release on August 20, 2012 through Frenchkiss record.
