Bullet for my Valentine (BFMV) mainly take emo/hardcore elements, and provide with a healthy dose of thrash and melodic death metal, to produce a sound that is certainly a cut above the rest. No doubt that the lead vocalist Matthew Tuck can get some emo-ish on occasion, but he's also a great screamer and the group is always quick with a blistering riff and a sizzling solo. Ever since they emerged into the world of mainstream, they have become progressively popular among many metalcore and metal fans. Most people like BFMV’s first album "The Poison" and how it could not have been a great debut with haunting choruses that stick in your mind through the whole day while their sophomore and third albums were high powered and remarkable guitar work on Tuck and Michaels' part.
After a 2-year hiatus. This morning, Bullet for my Valentine announced new studio album, “Temper Temper’, and short tour in support of their new album. The album is scheduled for release on February 13, 2013. The production of the album is handled by Don Gilmore, who also worked with the band for their last album Fever. The title track from the record will serve as the first single and is available for purchase through all digital providers.
