I first came across Emeli Sandé after seeing some of her videos on YouTube. She has an Amazing voice and has a talent for making heartfelt songs that says precisely what she wants to say, and isn't too loud or too soft and whiney. It's just right. There's something really special about listening to a song, knowing that the words come straight from her heart and experiences. Emeli could have chased the modern trend of dance-pop music, instead she chose to produce more soulful songs with heartfelt lyrics about.
Emeli will drop her first Live Album “Live at Royal Albert Hall” on February 18, 2013. It will feature songs from her debut album “Our Version of Events” that she performed at London's Royal Albert Hall on November 11, 2012. The album will also comprise two new songs "Enough" and "Pluto" and a cover from one of her idols Nina Simone.
