Updates on the HTC One Edition should arrive soon as usual on the other Nexus models in the market, they are also supplied with Android. Another advantage of the HTC One is an unlocked bootloader, which allows alternative versions of Android like CyanogenMod or other operating systems such as FirefoxOS to install. Also from June 26, Google offers a special edition of the Samsung Galaxy S4, which comes without Samsung's TouchWiz user interface. It will cost $649.
The technical specs for the HTC One are consistent with those of the similar versions available in the market: faster quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor with 1.7 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB of flash memory and LTE. The display has full HD resolution (1920 × 1080) and the latest version of Android (4.2.2.) is installed. According to rumors, HTC One will make the unmodified version of Android.
The new Android chief Sundar Pichai stressed in an interview with the IT blog AllThingsD. Google also negotiating with its hardware partners how their software enhancements could be coordinated better with the actual concept of using Android. It is designed as an open operating system. Hence, manufacturers and network operators can make their own user interfaces to the system…
