The filmmakers of Manifesto Films have released the first episode of their unofficial web series "What Remains," based on Naughty Dog's "The Last of Us". What Remains" is set a decade after the outbreak of the fungal disease that turns people into monsters, and the web series set about ten years before the events of "The Last of Us".
The series focuses on three main characters and their relationships with each other. Alex is looking for her brother who has a unique resistance to the disease while David is a loner who tries to survive outside the human colonies and believes that humanity will survive. Andre, the brother of Alex, has a resistance to the disease as well.
The official game "The Last of Us" will be available exclusively on the PS 3 on June 14, 2013
