Demi Lovato released her first book "Staying Strong: 365 Days Of The Year" in North America on November 19, and now ranks first on several bestseller lists and is ranked 11th in the overall ranking of the Amazon.
The singer recorded a video for Rolling Stone discussing what inspired her to recover from her past, which included the participation of Maasai warriors from Africa. Lovato read a quote from Franklin D. Roosevelt, who says: "When you reach the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on."
"The book can unite people from all parts of the world -. Cultures and different backgrounds can all identify in some way because we are all human with heart and soul," said the star.
