In the PlayStation version of Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes hidden in the exclusive Mission Déjà Vu, another Easter Egg: the FoxDie Easter Egg. In order to unlock this Easter Egg in MGS 5: Ground Zeroes, you have to complete the Déjà Vu mission to unlock the alternate skins. After you have completed the mission Ground Zeroes, you come - as usual - in the final screen. However, waiting at this point in MGS5: Ground Zeroes a quiz on you to check MGS knowledge. The quiz has two difficulty levels: "Normal" and "Difficult" and depends on the difficulty level at which you Déjà Vu in Metal Gear Solid 5: You played Ground Zeroes.
To meet the requirements for FoxDie Easter Egg, you have to answer all questions correctly. Fail here, you have to play the Déjà Vu mission again. Once you have successfully completed the quiz, you will be rewarded with a new skin for your character: On the "normal" level you get the outfit of Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid, on the "Difficult" level the cyborg ninja outfit from Gray Fox aka Frank Jaeger. The outfits are actually Easter Eggs.
Now you play the Déjà Vu mission of MGS5: Ground Zeroes again in one of the unlocked outfits on your PlayStation, the level changed. So the guards at Camp Omega, for example, replaced by Genome soldiers. At 5 Ground Zeroes unlock the FoxDie easter egg in Metal Gear Solid, you have the outfit of Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid slip on. For the FoxDie Easter Egg you must go again to the place in Déjà Vu, where previously Paz and Chico were held captive.
Paz Chico and you now find in Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes not, but the DARPA Chief Donald Anderson and Kenneth Baker ArmsTech president. Both are infected with the virus FoxDie and die - and the virus jumps as FoxDie Easter Egg by MGS5: Ground Zeroes on your console over! The screen color changes in psychedelic colors and different lines of text appear.
