All Journals / Notes Locations in Uncharted 4

Journals entries / notes are among the collectibles of Uncharted 4 and give you further background information about the plot of the game. In this guide we show you the locations of all Journal entries, so you can fill the notebook of Nathan Drake completely.

Journal notes can be found in the game world in the form of letters and notes. You will know the document symbol and can receive by pressing the triangle button when you are close enough. Journal entries can be found in Chapters 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20 and 21. How many have you already collected, you can view at any time in the statistics under the item treasures and collectibles. In addition, it will appear in the chapter selection, how many Journals you are missing in the appropriate section. You can collect them subsequently, provided that you repeat on the same memory state chapters. For collecting the Journals you get additional trophies: Take a Note and Lost History.

Chapter 12: At Sea

Note # 5 - Location: In the first bay on the left side of the big island. Here you come across the beach to a small cave with the note.

Note # 18 - Location: On the desk in the house by the waterfall next to the bird sculpture

Note # 19 - Location: On the large dining table with the poisoned founders in the house of Thomas Tew.

Note # 20 - Location: The next note can be found immediately after the room with the large dining table left by the fire.

Note # 21 - Location: After the fight, when Elena finds the letter and reads it. At the end of the corridor she gives you the note.

Chapter 20: No Escape

Note # 22 - Location: After Sam has split off from the group, you come into a new area. Here you can find the note on the ground floor of a house.

Chapter 21: Brother's Keeper
