The start of TLOU2 is much more "quiet" on the collectibles side, than the rest of the game. Here, a simple letter to recover inside a house however, it is quite easy to miss it!
Artifact: Letter from Seth Location
After your first encounter with infected people, you will have to move slowly inside the house. At the end, another zombie is waiting for you, finish it off with a ball then get out of there. Turn around and go through the window of the house, you should find a care kit, some balls and the collectible on a table.
