How to Unlock All Endings in Crash Bandicoot 4

In Crash Bandicoot 4, you’ll get three different endings, depending on how many percent of the game you have completed. There is the normal, the 100% and 106% end, each of which rewards you with extended ending sequences. We'll show you how to unlock all three endings.

 

Even the normal ending of the game is a real challenge, but if you also want to see the 100% or even the 106% ending, then you have to really work hard.

 

The normal ending is seen by every player who has played the game once and achieved less than 100% completion. After the last boss fight against Dr. Neo Cortex, this is literally sent into the desert by the masks. The events of the past are meanwhile being steered back into the normal course by the cortex of the past with Crash's foolhardy help.

 

You can also see how Dingodile reopened his diner in the mosquito marsh. Crash and his friends return to their home beach and play a game together on the console. Aku-Aku looks towards the horizon one last time, remembering the late actor and voice actor Mel Winkler, who has always lent Aku-Aku his voice in the past.

Unlock 100% Ending

 

For the 100% ending, you have to work hard and master numerous challenges in the game. These include:

 

- Collect all 456 clear gems in the 38 normal and N.Verted levels (excluding boss levels).

- Find all 4 color gems (red, blue, yellow and green).

- Earn all 38 Platinum Time Trial Relics.

- Earn all 21 Platinum Flashback Relics.

- Earn all 38 N. Sanely Perfect Relics.

 

You can see the percentage of your game completion at any time by calling up the menu on the map screen. This will then be displayed to you at the top right of the screen.

 

The 100% ending gives you more details on how things went after the end for N. Gin, N. Brio, N. Oxide, Cortex ‘Scientists, Dingodile, Tawna, Coco and N. Tropy. In the ending, the pleasant voiceover reveals itself to be that of Crash himself.

 

For the 100% ending, you can unlock one of the trophies and achievements from Crash Bandicoot 4.

 

Unlock 106% Bonus Ending

 

The 106% end goes one step further. If you want to see this, you have to meet all the requirements for the 100% ending and also undercut all 38 Toys for Bob developer times in the individual levels (info has to be confirmed). These are a lot faster than the platinum times!

 

The secret ending shows you in a short sequence Dr. Neo Cortex, who is haunted in the desert by Aku-Aku's evil twin Uka-Uka. What does this mean for possible sequels?

 

The 106% ending also rewards you with an achievement (OVER high-flyer).
