I don't recommend using Overlay in Icarus.
Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling - On
Also, make sure that your graphics driver is up-to-date
If you are running the Icarus on a laptop, under the power option make sure that you're using Balance or High-Performance.

View Distance - Medium (if you're struggling with your fps and getting a lot of drop then go with Low)

Texture - Epic
Texture Streaming Poolsize - 4,500 (Depends on the amount of Vram that you have on your video card. For example if you have more than 4GB ram you can go something like 4500, if you have like something like 3GB I recommend Medium and go at 2000)
Effects - Low
Foliage - Medium
Shading - Medium
Anti-Aliasing - Low
Disable Lighting Effects - On
Tessellation - On (If you have an older graphics card then go with Off)
Volumetric Clouds - Off
Disable Player Light Shadow - On
