In Farming Simulator 22 FS22, you can keep animals to make money. In this short tutorial, we’ll show you the lowest cost animals to raise in FS22.
Sheep
Sheep are very easy to manage because they only need grass to increase the rate of production. With the help of front loaders or forklifts (the pallet fork is important), you can load the wool produced by sheep and then bring it either to a spinning mill or to a production facility to further process the wool.
Diet: grass (100% effectiveness)
Reproductive age: 5 months
Products: wool
Increase health: place straw in the stable
Chicken
Similar to the sheep, pallets appear next to the hens next to the barn, which you can load. In contrast to sheep, chickens don’t make wool but eggs. With the help of front loaders or forklifts (the pallet fork is important), you can load the eggs produced by chickens and then bring them either to a sales point or to a production facility.Diet: wheat, barley and millet (100% effectiveness)
Reproductive age: 2 months (chicken), 10 months (rooster)
Products: eggs
Bees
If you place the bees near potato, rape or sunflower fields, the yield of the fields increases. The bees always have an influence on the entire nearby field, no matter how big it is. In addition, bees naturally produce honey, which in its original form does not earn you high profits but can be further processed to boost your income.
Diet: None
Reproductive Age: None
Products: honey
