Now, if you want to get hold of this powerful weapon in the game, then you’ll need to progress quite a bit because you have to reach to the Church of Repose which is located near the Mountaintops of the Giants. Check out the location map to find out where exactly this church is located.

 

In this area you’ll encounter a boss called Bloody Finger Okina, who will be a tough opponent. To beat him more easily, you need to attack rather than defend.

 

Once you killed him, you will be able to get the River of Blood River katana, Furlcalling Finger Remedy, Okina's Mask and some runes.

 

Now, you’ll need to have 12 Strength, 18 Dexterity and 20 Arcane points in order to equip this weapon.
