FM23: How to find Wonderkids in Football Manager 2023?

In Football Manager 2023 (FM23), you can find and recruit young players or wonderkids. However, you need to take into account the “Evaluation of potential” statistic of the player and the recruitment analyst and you need at least 14. An important point to take into account is the adaptability or the knowledge of the player of the country in which you wish to recruit.

 

If your player from Europe, then don't try to send him to a South American country unless he has at least a very good adaptability. If you have respected these elements, you will be able to start your recruitment and to do this you will have to define the search criteria. To find the wonderkids, here are the steps to follow:

Open the “Recruitment” menu

Then click on “Create Recruitment Focus”

Check the "Any Position from Tactic" box, then specify the potential at least 3.5 stars

Obviously specify the age between 15 and 23 years old, but also the region of recruitment

Finalize your search by checking the "Ongoing" priority, then choose your recruiters, the analyst and finally press the Confirm button
