Since the release of FiFA 23, players have sometimes encountered issues including one called DLC assets update 1 appears to be damaged. If like most gamers, you're looking for a way to fix this problem, well, there's no solid fix right now. However, it is possible to resolve it temporarily by pressing cancel on the message.
The following tip was published on the FIFA 23 forums by Community Managers. Obviously, the developers are aware of the problem and are actively working to fix it as it has been clarified on the FIFA Twitter account.
Workaround: Select and confirm the “Cancel” option on the message and restart FIFA 23.
Despite the workaround, if the problem persists, you
will have to wait until a new update available on FIFA 23.
