In addition to providing you with a well-balanced build and equipment customizations, Black Myth Wukong lets you select spells and spirits.
You will encounter many enemies, collect loot and upgrade your skills throughout your adventure in Black Myth Wukong. Some players are curious about the best build, therefore, in this article, we'll provide you with a selection of gear, skills and spells that will enable you to assemble a well-rounded set that will enable you to progress through the game easily starting from chapter 3.
Our suggested build, which you can use starting in chapter 3, is relatively good in defense and attack, enabling you to take on all of Black Myth Wukong's challenges.
Armor Set and Best Weapon
After a critical hit or elimination, you can restore a small amount of Qi with the 4-piece "Golden Embroidered" set. Remember that in order to use the Spirit and the selected Artifact, Qi is required. Additionally, with these pieces, your attack increases for a short time after activating a spirit skill or an artifact. This set can be crafted after defeating Yellowbrow at the end of Chapter 3.
We advise using the Spikeshaft Staff as a weapon. After completing Chapter 3, you can obtain it, so it is helpful from Chapter 4 to the end.
Best Spirits
We advise you to employ the Earth Wolf that you can have in Chapter 2 at the spirit level since it allows you to regain a little amount of extra Focus. However, if you choose a more defensive alternative, you can employ the Wandering Wight Spirit, which not only increases your defense but also lets you deal a lot of area damage while using less Qi overall if you upgrade it.
Best Spells
As for the four spells we recommend, Immobilize, Rock Solid, Red Tides Transformation, and A Pluck of Many.

Best Curios and Gourds
The Fine China Tea Bowl and the Back Scratcher are the two Curios that we suggest. While the latter provides you with a mild stamina recovery, the former allows you to boost your maximum stamina, allowing you to run longer and perform more hits without tiring.
As for the gourd, we suggest using the Trailblazer's Scarlet, which you can obtain by talking to the Horse Guai NPC multiple times in chapters 1 and 2. He will also give it to you if you speak to him three times in chapter 3 in the New Thunderclap Temple. If this gourd is full, your health is fully restored.
Of course, this build is for information purposes only and you will probably adapt it according to your preferences.
